Maintenance Overview
At ImageBase Technology Ltd we believe our clients should be entitled to the
highest level of after sales support.
While our software is designed to meet the needs of both the computing novice
and the IT expert we appreciate that additional help is sometimes required.
Our records indicate that support, if required, is usually requested within the
month after purchase. All ImageBase clients are therefore entitled to 30 days
free technical support. After 30 days free support additional software support
can be purchased for only £399.00 per license/annum for Photophone, or for
12.5% of software cost for other ImageBase applications.
